Trust your hunches…or not.

When I was posting this on my other post; it made me stop and think. If you trust your hunches because they are usually based on facts filed awy below the consciuous level, does that mean when your hunches stem from overthinking? Like my hunches say I blew my workout last night, my hip was sore and I couldn’t do box jumps and my squats sucked. Does that mean whre my hunches say tht my trainer is disappointed in me that it’s a fact?
